The Dubai Shipping Agents Association (DSAA), in collaboration with Dubai Customs and key entities under the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), convened the “Crisis and Innovation Workshop.” This event brought together maritime stakeholders, shipping agents, logistics providers, and government representatives. Our goal was to support operational dialogue and strengthen coordination across Dubai’s maritime and trade ecosystem.
